For nearly a century, one family has tended the same terraced hillsides in Palestine — pressing oil that carries the weight of memory, and the promise of what comes next.
WHERE IT BEGINS
The First Trees
In 1926, our great-grandfather planted his first olive trees on a quiet hillside outside Bethlehem. He believed that a tree, once rooted, becomes a promise — to the land, and to whoever tends it next.
Nearly a hundred years later, those same trees still stand. Their branches have witnessed weddings and hardships, harvests and hope, and they continue to yield some of the purest olive oil in the region.
